User Conduct

  • Clients understand and agree that they are solely responsible for compliance with the rules & regulations of the website. Clients must agree that they will not: Use manual or automated software, devices, robots, or any other means to access any webpage of the website.

  • If a client has been suspended for any reason by Visit Local Travel, the client will not be allowed to use our service anymore.

Passports and visas

It is imperative to ensure that you possess all the requisite documentation and identification for a seamless travel experience. This entails having a valid passport, appropriate visas, permits, certificates, and insurance in order. Remember, your passport must have at least six months remaining validity beyond your last date of travel. It is solely your responsibility to obtain and maintain these crucial documents, as well as cover any expenses or losses arising from missing or inaccurate documentation. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review your travel requirements diligently and take all necessary steps to ensure compliance, for a hassle-free journey.

Your Details

We kindly request that you provide us with the necessary details to confirm your travel arrangements. In order to proceed with your booking, we require the following information, which may vary depending on the specific requirements of your chosen Travel Product: your full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, issue and expiry date, as well as any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your journey. It is important to note that we reserve the right to deny carriage if the provided name does not match the one on your booking. We would like to emphasize that we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from an incorrect name or due to non-compliance with our Operator’s policies. To secure your reservation, please ensure that you provide us with the requested details along with the balance of the Travel Product price. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

Acceptance of risk

You are well aware that the Travel Product may potentially expose you to various risks that surpass the challenges we encounter in our daily lives. It is essential to comprehend and willingly accept the risks associated with COVID-19 while traveling. Therefore, you hold the responsibility to stay informed about relevant travel information and health risks. Your decision to proceed with the journey is reliant on these vital pieces of information, and you willingly assume the consequences and risks therein. It is important to note that additional policies may be required for your travel, and we, as the travel provider, cannot be held liable for these supplementary risks.

Payments Policy

  • All payments are made through only bank transfers. The following credit cards are not accepted recently.
  • Any bank transfer fee must in charged by clients.
  • We do not charge any fees for processing payments.
  • Your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been made.

Charge and Cancellation

  • 60 days before arrival: No cancellation charge. We Guarantee 100% Money Back.
  • 30-59 days before arrival: 5% cancellation charge.
  • 15-29 days before arrival: 10%
  • 8-14 days before arrival: 40%
  • 7 days before arrival: 60%
  • and No show 100%.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly advised for your travel period. Although we DON’T offer coverage for travel insurance, we highly recommend purchasing and utilizing it to safeguard your travel activities. Travel insurance serves as a protective shield, providing financial coverage in case of unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost belongings. It offers peace of mind, ensuring that you are equipped to tackle any unexpected situations that may arise during your journey. By investing in travel insurance, you can engage in your travel endeavors with confidence, recognizing that you have a reliable safety net to rely on, should the need arise.


  • After the payment has been made and the booking is confirmed, clients will receive the activity booking voucher that contains all details of the activity, including the list of practical details, and the operator’s contact details.
  • Clients will need to show the activity supplier either a printed or electronic version of the booking voucher on the day of the activity as proof of booking.
